WHAT IS RTT®?
During an RTT therapy session, we access the subconscious using hypnosis. In hypnosis, we enter a completely natural state of inner focus. The conscious mind is distracted, allowing us to turn inward and reach an elevated state of focus. This bypasses the conscious mind, the critical mind (often referred to as the "inner critic"), so we can uncover the root causes of limiting beliefs formed long ago.
Hypnosis brings you into a deep state of relaxation, granting access to hidden information in the subconscious part of your brain, where your deepest inner feelings and memories reside.
Under hypnosis, new, unexpected connections can form, and you become more receptive to suggestions, enabling old limiting beliefs to be replaced with new, empowering ones.
RTT therapy helps change thoughts at the subconscious level by planting positive suggestions in the subconscious, allowing new supportive thoughts to take over.
This reprogramming is typically done in just one session (maximum three).

How does Rapid Transformational Therapy work?
RTT is a hybrid form of therapy. It combines the most effective components of hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. These advanced techniques harness the power of our subconscious. More often than we realize, our behavior is influenced by our past experiences, which can hinder personal development and success. Rapid Transformational Therapy breaks these negative patterns by first identifying the underlying cause of the behavior. Then, a new meaning and interpretation are assigned to these past events and experiences. This way, your subconscious is reprogrammed, allowing you to become the best version of yourself again.
This is what a 21-day RTT program looks like
Before the session
Beforehand, you will fill out an online intake form, which we will discuss at the beginning of the session. What is your goal? What are you struggling with? And what do you expect from it? Then you can choose where you want the session to take place: in my practice in Hove or from the comfort of your own home via a Zoom video session.
The session itself
Identifying the cause
Next, I will guide you into hypnosis. Prefer a deep relaxation instead? That's also possible! I will guide you step-by-step to identify the cause of your behavior/problem. You won't be in a scary trance but fully present in the here and now. You won’t be asleep but very relaxed and aware. It’s comparable to daydreaming and losing track of time or getting fully absorbed in a movie. In this deep relaxation, or better said, a deep meditative state, your mind fully relaxes and connects with your subconscious, granting access to hidden memories, feelings, and beliefs. Your subconscious stores every detail and memory of your life. By asking the right questions, we gain insight into the cause of the unwanted behavior that is hindering you.
Breaking the pattern
Next, we interrupt the cause and the associated automatic programs of the issue you’re stuck on. How do we do this? By making it clear on a subconscious level that these interpretations were made by your inner child and are no longer relevant or helpful in your current adult life. Therefore, they can be lifted. What happens next? You are immediately freed from your old beliefs that kept you in a vicious cycle. We redefine these troublesome beliefs so they no longer have a place in your mind.
Reprogramming
The last part of the session consists of a hypnotic transformation, which I record and send to you after the session. You will listen to this recording at least once a day for the following 21 days.
This will overwrite the limiting thoughts and beliefs. In a hypnotic state, your subconscious is highly receptive to new interpretations, concepts, and suggestions, allowing positive, empowering thoughts about yourself and your behavior to be absorbed into your subconscious mind. Through repetition and command-like suggestions, we reprogram your brain with new thoughts and beliefs that reflect your best self. This will free you and lead you to the life you have always wanted to live.
After the session
Listening to the transformation recording is absolutely essential to reprogram your brain. Your brain needs at least 21 days to adopt a new belief. During this period, I will encourage and support you to ensure that these new positive beliefs have a lasting impact on your life.
