Hypnosis is actually something we naturally experience daily. Every morning just before we wake up and every evening just before we fall asleep, our brains are in the delta brainwave state. In this state, you feel deeply relaxed. When you meditate, your brain enters the alpha brainwave state, which is a state of concentration. But did you know that monks, through years of meditation, can also reach a similar delta wave state? This is a state of concentration where you also feel deeply relaxed. During a hypnosis session, I bring you into this state

During hypnosis, you enter a completely natural state of inner focus. Your conscious mind is distracted, allowing you to turn inward and reach an elevated state of focus. The conscious mind, the critical mind (often referred to as the "inner critic"), is bypassed so we can reach the root cause of limiting beliefs formed long ago.

Under hypnosis, new, unexpected connections can form, and you become more receptive to suggestions, allowing old limiting beliefs to be replaced with new, empowering beliefs.

Everything said during the session will be consciously experienced and remembered afterward, as this awareness is necessary to bring about real conscious change.

Nothing can be done or implanted that you do not want, otherwise, my first client would still be paying me. 😉
