When you book an appointment for a Rapid Transformational Therapy session, you agree to the terms below:

Sharing

The Client gives explicit permission that this practice recording and the session notes may be used
may be shared with the Trainer/Advisor appointed by the therapist
individual evaluation purposes. Recordings are deleted after review and feedback,
or once there is agreement on the next step, if necessary.

The therapist then receives feedback about the effectiveness and quality of the session.

Information from the recording can be discussed with the appointed Trainer/Advisor to determine whether the therapist has used the correct process and technique. This information is not discussed outside or with the organization

As part of our Trainer/Advisor's ongoing learning and development, we may assess the

Customer rights

You (the customer) have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you want to use
